
At EmpireAttire.com we want you to love what you order. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit.
All returns must be in the original condition that you received them in. We do NOT accept back washed items. If a washed item is returned, we will refuse it and ask you to pay to have it returned to you.
Please fill out the return form on the back of the invoice that was shipped along with your package. Indicate what you are returning and why. Please let us know if you would like in return whether it be an exchange, refund or Empire credit.
All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your orders. We no longer accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period.
If your order is returned because of the wrong shipping address, you will be responsible for paying the shipping and handling to send the item back. EMPIRE will not refund these charges to packages that are mailed to the incorrect address.

In order to process your return, please include your name, email address and order number along with the items that you are returning.
If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please send the item back regular mail and include your receipt with the return. We will not reimburse for express shipping. We also cannot refund the original shipping cost.
Returns can take 1-2 weeks to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email. Check your spam folder to make sure the notification didn’t get marked as spam.
