Sarah Burke

Sarah Burke’s résumé blows others out of the water. She is the proud owner of five X Games medals in Superpipe, three of them gold (’07, ’08, ’11) and two silver (’05, ’06). That does not include her gold medal in the first ever Euro X Games Superpipe. She is also a top competitor on the Slopestyle course. Sarah shreds hard and trains hard as a proud member of the Canadian Halfpipe Team, one of the most highly reputable teams in skiing. As a result, she has landed her spot on the 2014 Olympic Team and will hopefully be a shoe-in for both Slopestyle and Superpipe. Sarah’s talents have been highlighted by, not one, but three ESPY nominations for “Best Female Action Sports Athlete”. In 2007, she won the award, but if this pattern continues she will have many more ESPY’s in the not so distant future.
